Transfer guides are created and maintained to help students and staff make appropriate course and program choices. The guides show how the requirements for the appropriate Community College of Philadelphia associate degree transfer to the bachelor's institution. It is, however, possible for program requirements at Community College of Philadelphia or the transfer institution to change without advanced notice.

General Information:
This transfer guide is developed in support of the dual admissions agreement between Community College of Philadelphia and La Salle University. It shows how the Associate in Applied Science (A.A.S.) in Accounting at Community College of Philadelphia transfers to the Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Accounting at La Salle University and then shows remaining requirements at La Salle University. Completion of the A.A.S. as described in this guide leads to junior standing in the B.B.A. at La Salle University.
Students who earn the A.A.S. in Accounting and who submit a dual admissions intent form for La Salle University qualify for the Core-to-Core agreement. La Salle University agrees to accept the General Education embedded in Community College of Philadelphia’s A.A.S. in Accounting degree as meeting all the requirements of La Salle University’s undergraduate Core requirements except for REL 100: Religion Matters, which must be taken at La Salle University upon transfer.
