General Information:
This guide updates an agreement between the Community College of Philadelphia’sAssociate in Art in(A.A.) in Business Administration (discontinued) and the Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) majors in Temple University’s Fox School of Business. The current business transfer curriculum is the Associate in Art in(A.A.) in Business-Acceleratedand Associate in Art in(A.A.) in Business-General, and the guide reflects the requirements of these degrees. Both the A.A. in Business Administration and the A.A. in Business-General qualify for the Temple Dual Admissions Agreement. A "C" grade or higher is needed for courses to transfer and to graduate with the A.A. degree from Community College of Philadelphia. Completion of either the A.A. in Business-General (with Math 162 and 171) or the A.A. in Business Administration leads to transfer to the Fox School with junior standing.
Students who earn either the A.A. in Business-General or A.A. in Business Administration qualify for the Gen Ed to Gen Ed agreement. Temple University agrees to accept the General Education embedded in Community College of Philadelphia’s Associate in Arts (A.A.) or Associate in Science (A.S.) degree as meeting all the requirements of its undergraduate General Education requirements except for two writing intensive courses to be completed at Temple University.
