General Information:
This transfer guide was developed in support of the Program-to-Program Agreement between Community College of Philadelphia and Rowan University. It shows how the Associate in Arts (A.A.) in Black Studies at Community College of Philadelphia transfers to the Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Africana Studies at Rowan University and then shows remaining requirements at Rowan University.
Completion of the A.A. in Black Studies as described in this guide leads to junior standing in the B.A. in Africana Studies at Rowan University. To receive transfer credit, courses must be completed with a grade of C (C=2.0) or better. The associate degree must be completed with at least a minimum 2.0 cumulative GPA.
