Bursar’s Office On-campus Appointment Request

All general inquiries should be directed to  , including requests to set up a phone or Zoom conversation with a Bursar’s Office team member. However, if you are unable to complete your transaction online and require an in-person visit, limited Main Campus appointments are available. Appointments are available on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 11 a.m. and 5 p.m.

Appointments are available on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Appointments are blocked into 1/2 hour start times. Please choose a time you can be on campus and pass through security and the health checks before your suggested meeting time.
There may be instances where we can accommodate a same day request. Please provide as much detail and advanced notice, as possible.

A reminder about our payment services: 

If you are bringing a cash payment to campus, you will need to bring exact change. Please consider using our online payment services or paying by money order. 

You can make a payment online using the electronic check option at no additional cost. Simply provide your bank routing number and account number, for either your checking or savings account.

Debit and credit card payments can be made online, and incur a service fee of 2.75%, paid directly to our payment processor. Paying by debit or credit card in person still incurs a service fee of 2.75%.  

Money orders and non-personal checks can be mailed to the Main Campus Bursar’s Office at 1700 Spring Garden Street, BG-38, Philadelphia, PA 19130. Please note that if you are mailing a payment after the payment deadline, you need to email us at to notify us of the pending payment. Please include your student ID number (J#), payment amount, and check number, as well as the date mailed.
