To allow students to easily find their classrooms and minimize student confusion at the beginning of each term, instructor classroom change requests should be submitted and processed before the start of the semester. Faculty members and departments acting on their behalf may submit requests for instructional spaces five weeks prior to the first day of instruction of the FL17 semester. Requests will be accepted beginning Tuesday, August 1. Requests must be submitted no later than Tuesday, August 22.
To request a classroom change, submit an Instructional Space Request Form for Academic Classes. Please note that changes may only be made from one room type to another (General Purpose Classroom to Instructor Tech Classroom, Instructor Tech Classroom to Student Tech Classroom, etc.). All request submitted must include a clear and compelling reason(s) and are subject to approval and room availability.
