This session will paint a full picture of who our ELLs are, not only as students here at the College, but as community members in and as assets to our city; after all, ELLs make up 13% of the Philadelphia population and are part of the very fabric of the city. Current student and city data, both quantitative and qualitative, will inform this presentation.

This session will introduce conference participants to current and former CCP students who have been through part or all of our academic ESL sequence. Panelists will share their experiences of challenges and successes at CCP and in the community at large. The second half of this session will be dedicated to a Q&A session.
