 ingle Stop through supportive conversations and timely referrals.\nDemonst
 rate how to refer students by sharing the Single Stop QR code and encourag
 ing them to create a Single Stop profile.\nUnderstand the role faculty can
  play in fostering student retention and success by connecting students to
  available campus resources.\n\n\n\n\nSeminar Description\n\n\n\n\n\nStude
 nts often face challenges outside the classroom that can significantly imp
 act their ability to persist and succeed in college. Food insecurity\, hou
 sing instability\, financial hardship\, and other basic needs barriers can
  affect attendance\, engagement\, and academic performance.This session wi
 ll introduce faculty and staff to the services offered by Single Stop & St
 udent Care Network and highlight how these resources support student succe
 ss and retention. Participants will learn to recognize signs that a studen
 t may need assistance\, engage in supportive conversations\, and connect s
 tudents to resources through a simple referral process using the Single St
 op QR code. By partnering with Single Stop\, faculty and staff can play a 
 vital role in helping students overcome barriers and stay on the path to a
 chieving their educational goals.
