 \nThis interactive workshop prepares employees to serve effectively on adm
 inistrator and faculty search committees at Community College of Philadelp
 hia. Participants will learn their roles and responsibilities throughout t
 he search process\, including confidentiality expectations\, candidate scr
 eening\, interview best practices\, evaluation methods\, and documentation
  requirements.\n\n\nThe session will provide an overview of both administr
 ator and faculty search processes\, highlighting key differences such as t
 eaching demonstrations and Department Head\, Dean\, Provost\, and Presiden
 tial interview stages that may be required during faculty searches. Partic
 ipants will also explore appropriate and inappropriate interview questions
  and best practices for evaluating candidates using job-related criteria.
 \n\n\nAttendees will gain hands-on knowledge of approved evaluation and do
 cumentation procedures using NeoEd and Microsoft Forms templates\, review 
 real-world scenarios\, and apply practical strategies to support equitable
 \, consistent\, and legally compliant hiring decisions.
