 ide faculty\, staff\, and administrators with an inside look at CCP’s seve
 n Academic Pathway Communities and the Pathway Faculty Facilitators who he
 lp advance this work. Grounded in the College’s Guided Pathways framework\
 , participants will learn about the purpose of the Academic Pathway Commun
 ities\, meet or reconnect with Pathway Faculty Facilitators\, and gain a c
 learer understanding of their roles in supporting student success.\n\n\nOu
 r Pathway Faculty Facilitators will share key activities\, initiatives\, a
 nd current priorities within their respective pathways\, including emergin
 g needs and efforts to better support students. These highlights will illu
 strate how pathway-based work strengthens student engagement\, supports ac
 ademic and career exploration\, fosters connection\, and promotes progress
  toward degree completion.\n\n\nThis session will also provide an opportun
 ity for the College community to ask questions\, share perspectives\, and 
 identify ways their own work connects to Academic Pathway Communities. At 
 the conclusion of the session\, participants will leave with a clearer und
 erstanding of who is involved in this work\, the priorities being addresse
 d\, and how Academic Pathway Communities support the College’s mission and
