Schedule of Services

Basic Needs & Public Benefits

  • Assistance to identify and apply for food, cash, utility, childcare, and other assistance available at:
    • Main Campus: Monday through Friday 9 to 4 pm
    • Regional Centers: Northwest Regional Center - Monday and Thursday, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. & Tuesday, 12 to 6 p.m. Northeast Regional Center - Wednesday, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
  • Please bring the following documents to the meeting: Student and state ID, previous month’s income information (pay stubs or employer’s statement), copy of the rental agreement or statement, and copy of bank statement. If you do not work, or work less than 20 hours, bring your roster (college enrollment profile). If you have a work study position, bring a copy of your work-study authorization.

Health Care Enrollment

Free Plans - Assistance to determine your options and apply for state plans available at all of our locations

  • Main Campus: Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
  • Regional Centers: Northwest Regional Center - Monday and Thursday, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. & Tuesday, 12 to 6 p.m. Northeast Regional Center - Wednesday, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Subsidized Health Care: Assistance through the Marketplace is available during the open enrollment period (November - December 15) 

  • Main Campus: Mondays, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
  • Regional Centers: Northwest Regional Center - Tuesday, 12 to 6 p.m. Northeast Regional Center: Wednesday, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Please bring the following documents to the meeting:

  • Student and state ID
  • Social security number
  • Monthly or annual income information
  • If you are a permanent resident, bring your Green card

Legal Aid

Advocates and attorneys are available on-campus on the second Wednesday of every month during fall and spring semesters, to provide criminal record expungement assistance. Staff can also connect you with other legal advice available through the direct referral process so you can stay focused on completing your studies.

Immigration

Free consultations are available on campus on the second Wednesday of every month from 2 to 5 p.m.

Financial Fitness

Financial planning, debt management, budgeting, plan for independence, credit counseling, and much more, available on Tuesdays and Thursdays, April through October. 

Tax Preparation & Filing

Appointments and drop-offs available from January through April as follows:

  • Main Campus: Mondays & Thursdays, 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesdays & Wednesdays, 12  to 6 p.m. Fridays, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
  • Northwest Regional Center (drop-off service only): Tuesday, 12 to 4 p.m. and Thursday, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
