Simple Strategies Yield Big Returns

How can we as faculty come together as a group to provide authentic care and intentional interventions that will not only engage the students, but help them to persist? This learning community will review current literature and hold discussions on simple strategies that faculty can adapt to enable our students stay engaged and complete both individual courses and degree programs. We will also consider how such simple, intentional steps can lead to students’ persistence and motivation to remain engaged.
